Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the case that a tour is canceled:
- 100% of the cost of tours cancelled more than 14 days prior to the planned departure date will be reimbursed.
- 50% of the cost of tours canceled seven days or less before the planned departure date will be reimbursed.
- A 25% refund will be granted for tours that are canceled four days or less before the planned departure date.
- Refunds will not be granted for tours that are canceled less than three days before the planned departure date.
- ⦁ After the tour is canceled, refunds will be handled within three business days, and the money will be immediately credited to your account.
